Dan was wonderful in coming out on a Sunday to fix my water heater and did not charge extra for a week-end call.

Dan was very professional and knowledgeable. In the past, I have had other companies try to sell me parts and services that I did not need. I felt that Dan was not likely to take advantage of me. I found him to be honest and reasonably priced.
