I am very impressed with the work of this company. Dan came out to service the boiler for my radiator heat in my very old house. He was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. He explained to me what he was looking for, as well as what I should be looking for in the future. I very much appreciated that he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I felt reassured by his “if it’s still working don’t change it” perspective. He also educated me on a few things, since I inherited this house and am pretty clueless on these things. I was also impressed that he contacted me the next morning to make sure everything was running like it was supposed to. That professionalism, great work and super customer service means that I will use this company again in the future.

Dan, did a great job he was polite and very professional he explained everything he was doing with the installation of a new water heater and the reasons why. He cleaned the area before he installed the new one and after he was done he showed me how to light the pilot light and how to change the temp. I would most definitely recommend Absolute plumbing to a friend…

Very professional. Cleaned up after he was finished and wore protective boots to keep carpets clean. Very knowledgeable and provided some good ideas to improve the operation of my sump well in the future.
