Absolute Plumbing is the perfect plumber! Dan was very knowledgeable and immediately knew what I needed after I described the issue with my faucet handle over the phone and sent him a photo. He even had the part on his truck to fix it. You wouldn’t get that from a semi-professional plumber-wannabe! The benefit to using the services of Absolute Plumbing is the more extensive inventory he has, which gives customers a better chance at not having to wait for parts to be ordered. Dan charged me exactly what he had quoted over the phone. What really impressed me were those little extras that he did such as caulking around the handle perimeter, showing me how to remove my bathtub stopper (something that in 2 years I couldn’t figure out), cleaning hair out of the tub drain, and tightening the hot and cold shut-off valves to make sure they didn’t leak. Those things may not sound like much, but they’re the mark of a professional that cares about their customer. Oh and I must mention how extremely punctual he was. I was given an impressively small window of when to expect him (two hours on a Friday) and he arrived exactly within that window! Thanks Dan, you have a customer for life!
