I thought Dan was very prompt, listened, explained what he was going to do. During the testing
when he found a problem, he showed it to me on the camera. He explained the options and his
recommendations. He also wrote everything down on the bill for me to contact Lakewood Sewer.
I thought he was knowledgeable, clear, organized, and very thorough. He also called me to check
on my conversation with Lakewood. Also contacted another person about the final step in this
process. I would rate him excellent.
